Cancellation within 14 days of tour: No refund
No-shows or missed departures: No refund
If a tour is cancelled by TripNordic due to extreme weather or force majeure, clients will be offered a rescheduled date or full refund.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation.
