  • Cancellation 15–30 days before tour: 50% refund
  • Cancellation within 14 days of tour: No refund
  • No-shows or missed departures: No refund
  • If a tour is cancelled by TripNordic due to extreme weather or force majeure, clients will be offered a rescheduled date or full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation.
